I should add that I have passed my hand through solid objects, eg glass, with pretty dodgy results.

I've repeatedly used my super powers of concentration and persuasion to bend people to my iron will.

I'm pretty sure I've tried to bend metal bars, teaspoons etc. with mental will alone.

I have tried to leap tall buildings with a single bound (failed).

I have tried to shapeshift miraculously into a young thin person (no luck there either).

I've only done the head-explody thing because my apparent supernatural ability to essplode things has been in evidence twice (1, 2).

Exploding heads are messy. Ick! Nevertheless, I do occasionally wiggle my eyes at people in annoyance. It has yet to accomplish anything, alas.

My evil eye is more of a squint. It tends to be used when driving and results in a laser beam causing not only heads, but cars to explode.

I've walked into solid objects not knowing they're there. Passing through them would have been preferable, in hidsight. But then - so have you - remember the lamp post/head bump?

And the mind-reading thing just kinda happens. Stupid brain.

Tried to lift things with the power of my mind and by waving a hand at the item in question and making "up" motions

Tried to make the brakes fail on a car that just cut me up

Tried to switch on the central heating without getting out of the couch

Tried to make a cup of tea appear (either "magically" or by mentally commanding the kitchen to produce one)

Delay trains so it wouldn't have left the station by the time I got there

So far only the trains thing has worked. On my commute to work, I'm pleased to say that several times the trains have been delayed because they were waiting for me to reach the station (obviously someone else on the same route has the same powers because equally often I'm at the station on time and the train is delayed in arriving ... !)
