Date: 2008-01-29 05:47 pm (UTC)I'm really glad. When I end up help-desking my friends and family, I hated recommending Dabs because I remember when they last had good customer service (circa 2001). But I'd never found anyone who had decent customer service these days, and most other computer sites have really poor navigation.
