Knit who, purl sue

The BBC take down of Dr. Who knitting patterns made it to a brief mention on the Today show headlines. Surliminal posted a couple of reactions with regard to fan sites and copyrights.

It was pointed out to me that knitted hats should be floppy. I think I'm using too small needles for the wool. Ah well, at least with stitches this dense it'll keep my head warm.

And a bleeding quick knitter too. I'd hate to see the size of her stash considering how little of each colour there was in each critter.

For the record, I thought the knitted Face of Boe was really clever.

Do you know who she gave a pattern to who sold the result on ebay? thats what started all this.

I'm not sure it was the same pattern. The hands look wrong.
