Aside: I tend to give my polls male names concept (stolen from offensive_mango) with extremely tenuous connections to the subject matter. Bet you can't figure this one out.

I rather like conversations that ramble across all media, although some are unsuited to jumping from, say, email/phone to FB.

I did miss that option.

I tend to prefer email, and since I can't access facebook at work, shift conversations there.

Other than that I try to leave them where they stared, for the sake of threading. Not that I go back and look at old conversations that often, so it's more of an OCD thing, than a practicality.

I usually try to leave a conversation where it is, as some contributors may not have access to the place you move it to. I guess in theory I'd move a conversation to my personal journal if I wanted to be a little bit ranty without derailing the conversation :)
