Mister Dekker

As an afterthought, I'd love to see Mister Dekker assigned to Torchwood if there's ever a Season 4. I think he'd be brilliant: amoral, cowardly, intelligent and ever so slightly ghoulish. Can't live with nim, can't get rid of him. :D
